To close an Action, click on the Action in question.


If you wish to add any further updates please do enter this into the Updates option at the bottom of the Action Plan page and select Add update.


To mark an Action as complete please select Complete in the top right corner of the screen.



 


I don’t have the “Complete” option when updating my Action Plan Item 

This option will only appear if you have been given the relevant permission by your organisation’s System Administrator. If you do not see the option to close the action, then you have not been given permission to do so. Please speak to your System Administrator who will be able to either grant you permission to close, or advise on their preferred process for managing action plan items.
