In order to be able to change the due date for a workflow step you need to have been given the correct system permission. If you have not be given the relevant permissions, please speak to your organisation’s System Administrator who will be able to advise accordingly.

 

To change a workflow step due date:

From within the event, view the workflow steps


Click on the pencil icon next to the due date of the step in the Due Date column (note - you can only change the due date for workflow steps that are not yet completed)





Select the new due date and give a reason for the change:


Finally click Yes to confirm the change.

 

You will be able to see a log of any date changes in the Event History tab including who made the change and the reason entered:
