To view notice details, click on the Notices menu item from your side menu, then Notice admin.




Here you will see a list of all created notices.



Each notice has an overall status:

  • Overdue – The notice hasn’t been responded to by all the recipients and the due date has passed.
  • Pending – The notice hasn’t been responded to by all the recipients and the due date hasn’t passed.
  • Complete – The notice has been responded to by all the recipients
  • Not applicable - No response is required


Next to the status you will see how many of the users required to confirm the notice have done so. 


To view a notice, click into it from this list. 


On the notice details screen you will see a preview of the notice that was sent and the date by which the notice needs to be actioned (if any).


If no response is required for the notice, below this preview, the list of recipients and the date read are listed.




If a response is required the recipients list is split into those that have actioned the response and those that haven’t.
