Introduction
Find and download your organisation's key documents. Navigate through the folders, or use the search function to find the document you require.
Viewing Documents
- Select Documents from the left-hand menu.
- You will see the document folders available for you to view.
- Select the folder you wish to view. You will then see any subfolders and/or documents that are held in the folder.
- Select the document you wish to download. The file will download according to your browser settings.
Searching and Filtering on Documents
Searching all Documents
- To search for a particular document, select the magnifying glass icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Use the various search options to find the document you require. We recommend leaving the option 'Search in subfolders' selected to ensure all your available documents are searched through.
- Click Search and all documents matching your search criteria will be displayed.
- To view a document, simply click on the document name. The file will then download according to your browser settings.
Filtering on the current list
- To filter on the current list on the screen, click on the filter icon at the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Use the various filter options to find the document or folder you are looking for. Your options will be immediately applied.
- If you wish to sort your list using any of the fields on the filter panel, select the arrow symbols next to the name.
FAQs
I've searched for a document but it is not appearing
- There might be a few reasons for this.
- Please ensure you have selected the search function. This is the spyglass symbol. Also, ensure you search in all subfolders. This is the most surefire way to ensure you are searching all documents in Radar Healthcare.
- The document might be named differently. We recommend trying various naming conventions to ensure you find the right document.
- After trying the above please speak to your system administrator to check the document is in Radar Healthcare and that you have the right permissions to access it.
