Introduction


Messages sent via Notices are available at any time under My Notices on the side panel.  Any unread (outstanding) Notices will also be flagged to you via your My Tasks dashboard when you first log into Radar Healthcare.  On occasion, you will be asked to confirm you have read the notice and this will appear on the Notice itself.  After reading a Notice you may archive it from your list of Notices in My Tasks

Viewing New and Outstanding Notices


  • If you have any outstanding notices, you can view these on your dashboard in three ways.



  • You can access them on your My Tasks dashboard when you log into Radar Healthcare.  We recommend using the filter icon to focus on your outstanding notices.

  • Or, select the envelope icon flagged with the number of new notices. Select an unread notice to be taken to it.

  • Alternatively, on the side panel select Notices > My Notices to be presented with all your Notices.

  • Here you can see and view all notices, both outstanding and previously read.



  • Select the Notice you wish to view.



Confirming a Notice


  • Some notices may require you to confirm that you have read them. If a notice requires confirmation you will see a message at the bottom of the notice.

  • Select Confirm notice and Yes.

  • The notice will now display your confirmation with today's date.


  •  From your My Notices screen, your notice will now be showing as Complete.



How to Archive a Notice


  • All notices remain available for you to view at any time under My Notices.  You have the option to hide a previously read notice from this list by archiving it.


  • To archive a notice, navigate to My Notices on the side panel and select the three-dot menu icon on the right-hand side of the notice. Click Archive notice.

  • To view an archived notice, select the show archived tab on the top right of the table.

  • All of your archived notices will be labelled.  We recommend using the filter option to find a specific archived notice.


  • To reactive a notice, select the 3-dot menu next to the name of the notice and select Un-archive notice.




FAQs


I cannot find a particular notice


  • There are a couple of potential solutions to this:
    • Please check you have searched for the right notice.  Try using key terms in the subject line.
    • Ensure you select 'Show archived' which will bring up all your notices.
    • Speak to your system administrator.  It may be that the Notice has been removed altogether.
