This article provides guidance on how admins or super users can archive a Notice so that it no longer appears on users' Dashboards or My Notices. 


N.B. If an individual user would like to archive their own notices that have been sent to them this is possible in My Notices - further guidance available here.


System admins or super users may need to archive a Notice message for all users if it has been sent in error or is no longer applicable.


Follow the 4 steps below:


1. In the left hand side menu go to Notices > Notice admin 


2. Click on the notice that you want to archive


3. Click on the three dot menu icon on the top right hand side of the notice and click archive:



4. Enter the reference number quoted and click Archive.


The notice has now been archived. It will now only be visible to admins under Administration > Notice admin > toggle the "Show archived" option on the right.
