Copying the document URL enables you to do things such as:

  • Send a document directly to a user (they must be logged in to Radar Healthcare to download the document)
  • Link to a document from within written text in Radar Healthcare, e.g. in audit description text or from within an action
  • Link to a document within a form using a Recorded Link (please find specific guidance on this functionality here)


This is done by copying the document's download URL. The user then simply clicks on the given URL and the document will download. 


To do this, navigate to the document you wish to send from the Document Management page and click on the document name to be taken to the document details page.


To copy the URL for the document, select the three dot menu icon from the top right hand side of the page and click, Copy URL.




The URL to download the document is now saved to your computer's clipboard and you can simply paste this link where ever it is required.
