Audits have a 3 tier format:

Section > Requirement > Evidence (the evidence is where the questions sit)


These are set within the Audit Template.


To view your Audit Templates, select Administration from the left hand menu...



...then Audit Templates from the Admin Dashboard.


Here you see a list of all the existing Audit Templates in your System. 


To view or edit the audit Evidence Questions, first select Actions to the right handside of the relevant audit, and then Sections.



Here you can see the the Sections that make up this audit. Some Audits may only have a single Section, others may have multiple Sections. 


To Edit a Section, select Actions from the right hand menu and then Edit. Here you will be able to change the Reference, Title, Description (optional) and choose to make the Section a priority Section if required (for more information on marking a Section as a Priority, please click here).


To view or edit the Requirements within a Section, click Requirements from the Actions option to the right hand side of the relevant Section. 


You will now see all the Requirements that make up that Section. To Edit a Requirement, select Actions from the right hand menu and then Edit. Here you will be able to edit the Reference, Title and Description (optional) of the Requirement. 


To view or edit the Evidence Questions within a Requirement, select Evidence from the Actions from the right hand side of the relevant Requirement.


Here you will see all the Evidence Questions that make up that Requirement along with whether the comments and document uploads are mandatory or optional for each question. 


You can Add a new question to this Audit template by clicking Create and entering the details for the question. (For more information creating questions please click here)

N.B. any new questions that are added to an audit will appear the next time an audit is scheduled. They will not pull through onto an audit that is in progress.


To Edit an existing question, click Actions then Edit to the right hand side of the question you wish to Edit. 


You can also alter the order of the questions by clicking Move Down or Move Up

Please note, if you alter the order of the questions, the Reference numbers will not automatically update, so you may wish to edit these to bring them in line with the new order by Editing the questions.
