Introduction

  • The purpose of the app is to complete audits offline.  Therefore all audits must be downloaded first.

  • Once downloaded it will lock the audit in the main Radar Healthcare site to avoid anyone else completing it.

  • Upload completed audits to ensure it is visible to your organisation.

Downloading an Audit

  • When logged in you will be able to see all the audits assigned to you.

  • The audits with a download symbol against them have not yet been downloaded to your App.

  • Those audits with the status and progress percentage are currently downloaded to your App and can be completed offline.

  • Those with a padlock have previously been downloaded, either to a different device or to your device and then re-uploaded.

My Audits List

  • To download an audit, simply select the audit from this list and click Yes when prompted to confirm the download.

  • You will then receive a message to confirm once the audit has been successfully downloaded.

  • You will now be able to click on this audit from the My Audits list page.

Completing an Audit

  • Once downloaded select the audit that you wish to complete from the My Audits page in the Radar Healthcare App.

  • You will then be taken to the Audit summary page where you can see the key details of the audit.

Starting an Audit

  • When viewing the questions you will be able to enter the Yes/No/NA selection, add a comment and upload an image as evidence if required.

  • For all audits, the Yes/No/NA selection is always mandatory, however, you will also be able to see if either the comments or the document uploads are mandatory via the symbols on the right-hand side of the question.

  • The speech mark symbol means a comment is mandatory.   The arrow symbol means an attachment is required.  The app may only upload images as an attachment, and other document types can be uploaded via the main website.

  • You must upload the audits once you are finished.

Uploading your Audit

  • To do this, from the main summary page, select Upload.

Uploaded Audit

  • You will receive a notification to advise that this has been uploaded back into Radar Healthcare and the audit will once again appear locked from your phone.

FAQs

What happens if I do not upload the audit?

  • When downloaded the audit is locked to your device and no other user can access it.  When completing the audit all the information is saved on your device.  It is very important to upload the audit via the app.

What happens if I lose the device before uploading?

  • All the information from your audit is saved to that device.  If you lose access you will not be able to upload the audit and it will be locked on the Radar Healthcare system.  The Radar Healthcare Support Team can unlock the audit but the audit will be blank, and should you find the device again you will not be able to upload the information stored on it.
